What is Chainreaction?
Maybe you remember it from the old days. A homemade job where different materials are used to create a chain reaction. Chainreaction as a teambuilding activity is the same principle, but a lot magnified. Participants range from 20 to as many as 1,000. In addition, saved and crazy materials are used, making the activity sustainable.
One goal
The whole group is divided into smaller groups where each individual is given a different role. The roles include: the organizer, the techie, the creative, the communicator, the caretaker and the reporter. Each group builds part of the chain reaction and it must connect with the groups in front and behind you. This gives you a contiguous chain reaction. Everyone has one and the same goal, working toward a working chain reaction. It is not about winning, but about communicating, sharing and giving.
Fun & Play
Together you are stronger and this activity proves that. In a playful way, we work together on a project. This is a reflection of practice, only in a different environment.
