At DUS, we like to color outside the lines – including our catering. Inspired by our surroundings, we bring the outside in: grab a pokébowl from a toy train, for example! Enjoy familiar ingredients presented in a creative, surprising way.

We offer all the tech and facilities you need to make your event run smoothly. From plug-and-play screens and sound to flip charts and other essentials: everything is ready to go.

Want to add entertainment to your event? Whether it’s a DJ spinning tunes while you enjoy your drinks or a dazzling act to wow your guests, we’ll help you set the right tone.

How nice that you would like to host an event with us! We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your request. After this call you will get a first proposal with all the possibilities listed.

Site visit

We will gladly show you around our unique location to think with you about further possibilities and the interpretation of your event. After this you will receive a customized proposal.

Confirmation & preparation

Yes, we get to work! We agree on the main points together: from rooms and technology to catering. You share your specific wishes, we think creatively. And of course we make a good planning together, so everything runs smoothly.

Production

Every detail is fine-tuned. Engineering? Check. Furnishing? Check. Unforgettable catering? Double-check. We create a tight script so everyone knows what's happening when.

What’s the minimum group size for booking an event?

We host events starting from 50 guests. Planning something smaller that’s happening within the next four weeks? Feel free to reach out - we’re happy to think along with you!

What’s included when you rent the Left or Right Wing?

Each wing includes multiple rooms that are exclusively yours. You’re also welcome to style the hallway with your own branding. Want to know which rooms are included? Check out the full overview on our wing page.

What’s the difference between the Wondrous Winter Waterfront and the Sizzling Summer Shore?

Our playground by the water transforms with the seasons: from a heartwarming winter to a sizzling summer. In winter, you’ll warm up by the fire with a cup of glühwein; in summer, it’s feet in the sand and a cold beer in hand. The catering, games, and styling all shift with the season. Everything is designed to give you the space to connect, get inspired, and discover fresh ideas.

Until what time can we use the venue?

Events can continue until 11:00 PM.

Accessibility

Everything at DUS is located on the ground floor. There are no stairs, no high thresholds, and no obstacles. That makes us fully accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Arriving by car? We have dedicated parking spots close to the entrance. Just make sure to let your event organizer know in advance.

What are the parking options?

With 300 free parking spots right outside our door, there’s no need to search: just park and walk right in. Are you driving electric? We have 4 charging stations ready for you. Coming by bike? There’s plenty of space for that too.

Is there a coat check or lockers?

We don’t have lockers, but there is an (unattended) coat check available in both the lobby and the Playground.

How long does it take to get from the Meeting Centre to the Playground?

Just 30 seconds! A quick stroll outside (fresh air included) takes you under our cheerful, colourful umbrellas straight to the Playground. Rain in the forecast? No worries, we’ve got plenty of umbrellas ready to keep everyone dry.
