DeFabrique Holding's Summer Party
FACTS & FIGURES
About the Party
The summer party is the company party organized for and by DeFabrique Event Venue, DUS, Kartfabrique, Twenthe Airport, Parque West, BRIQ Bookings, and Jan Verhuur. This event is a way to thank colleagues for their hard work over the past year. And this year? The party really got going at DUS!
The “
” Welcome Committee “Halloh!” comes the greeting in a Rotterdam accent as soon as the first guests enter the DUS campground. The restroom attendants, Beb and Toos, welcome everyone with a snack, a drink, and plenty of humor. With a roll of toilet paper under their arms and a swim ring around their waists, the guests then step onto the tram in their flip-flops. Ready for a refreshing cocktail and the speech by Jan and Allart, who proudly thank the entire staff of DeFabrique Holding. From costumed guests to music and from decor to entertainment: at this party, everything fits perfectly with the “at the campground” theme!
Time to eat
A paradise of food stands awaits you on the DUS beach: something tasty from the BBQ, fresh fries, curry, summer salads, hot dogs, or a refreshing cocktail from the cocktail bar. It’s just like being on vacation. The bocce court is ready, Slingerbal is on, and players are competing fiercely in table tennis, volleyball, and mini-golf right down to the last ball. And for a quick snack, you can grab bags of chips and candy at the campground store.
Supplies
What do you need for a successful summer party at the campground? 1 large campground, 2 restroom attendants, 1 Slingerbal bouncy castle, 250 bags of candy, and 1 wild foam party. Add to that a good dose of music, great food, cocktails, and enthusiastic coworkers, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for an unforgettable summer evening.
The Closing
And then, after hours of drinking and playing, two disco-aerobics instructors suddenly appear on the roof of the Braai! Everyone joins in enthusiastically, until the dancers lead the campers to the surprising final activity: a foam party in the Pirate Boat! That’s when the party really gets going. There’s dancing, playing, and plenty of foam. With a slice of pizza in hand, foam in their hair, and a smile on their faces, everyone checks out: that’s how you wrap up a summer party at the campground.
