Live your potential
To breathe new life into the "Live your potential" program, Kayak organized an energetic reintroduction at DUS. A day dedicated to inspiration, connection, and practical insights. With workshops and lectures on four dimensions of growth—body, mind, emotions, and inspiration—participants discovered how they can increase their own potential.
Workshops that help you grow
Prior to the event, participants completed a quiz to discover which dimension they needed most. They then chose from various workshops that precisely matched their personal goals. Guests could attend a freerunning workshop, where Kevin Alsemgeest taught them how to deal with obstacles, both literally and figuratively. There was also an "Energy Lifehacks" workshop, where guests discovered how to better manage their energy. The goal: less stress, more focus. With practical tools to recover smartly and work attentively on what really matters.
The power of a clear goal
Just like in the Live Your Potential program, one thing was central to the organization of the event: a clear goal. From the very first contact, Ditmer had a clear goal in mind, which allowed us to contribute ideas about the atmosphere, design, and branding. "What I really liked was that we could decorate the location exactly as we wanted and really make it Kayak's own. DUS thought carefully about the possibilities and gave us all the space we needed to organize the event exactly as we had envisioned it," says Ditmer.
Thanks to this collaboration, DUS was completely transformed into the setting for the Live your potential experience!
You can tell that DUS really understands what you want to achieve. From the very first contact, they were really thinking along with us. In the preliminary phase, we discussed our wishes, ideas, and the purpose of the event at length. Floor was actively involved from the start and contributed ideas on everything from decoration to transportation. Having an event manager from DUS on the day itself was fantastic. Everything was well organized during the event, but there was also room for spontaneous adjustments where necessary. That commitment and professionalism really made the difference.

With an internal event like Kayak's, you really want to convey the organization's vibe to the employees. You can reinforce this by incorporating your own branding everywhere. In the run-up to the event, I contributed ideas for all kinds of fun branding concepts, and this collaboration went very smoothly. It's great to see that we really made this happen together: DUS was transformed into the setting for Kayak's Live your potential event.
